Mal Bat Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

By using the Mal Bat website and app (malbat.ws), you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Mal Bat and the user.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Mal Bat reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create an account on Mal Bat, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

What you will need to provide at registration:

• Full legal name (as per your National ID or passport)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
• Preferred payment method details

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or residence. Attempts to open multiple accounts from the same IP address or device may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Mal Bat may request your ID, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account restrictions.

To use Mal Bat, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have your own bank account or mobile banking account.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions.
• Online gaming is not prohibited by law in the country where you reside.

Mal Bat is committed to protecting minors. We conduct regular age verification checks. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be immediately closed, and all deposits and winnings associated with that account will be forfeited.

Deposit Rules:

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

Mal Bat offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — typically 20 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit after the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements have been met.
• The same person may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games.

Welcome Bonus:

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to BDT 5,000). This bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement and must be completed within 30 days.

Mal Bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

The following rules must be followed when betting on Mal Bat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Mal Bat reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any bet found to be associated with match fixing or unfair advantage will be voided.
• For disputes arising from delayed data in live betting, Mal Bat's decision is final.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.

All game and betting outcomes are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. Mal Bat never manipulates game results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mal Bat and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means (bonus abuse)
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or betting on behalf of a third party
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Placing bets through automated software or bots
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing or intimidating other members
• Creating or operating an account using false information

Mal Bat actively monitors for unusual activity. If any prohibited activity is suspected, the account and associated balance may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Mal Bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or incomplete information during KYC verification
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• By order of a court or legal authority
• Upon the member's own request to close the account

Mal Bat will generally send an email notice before closing an account. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

You may request account closure at any time through our customer service. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance (provided no terms have been violated).

Mal Bat follows a strict privacy policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of your personal information. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
